Lush poured resin paintings by Leigh Martin will sit alongside carefully brushed realist works by Michael Hight at The Central through the month of August. Two very different bodies of work, the abstract and the figurative both coloured and restrained, will bounce off one another in myriad ways. Like chalk and cheese, this is the chance to enjoy two wonderfully diverse approaches to the task that is painting.
